About UCCSTeach

UCCSTeach allows students to receive a bachelor's degree in their chosen area of concentration, along with the opportunity to obtain their secondary math and science teaching certification. Students can choose one of the following six secondary education pathways: Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, and Engineering Education. The licensure portion of the UCCSTeach program happens in one accelerated, 33-credit, minor-like extension that can be completed within four years.  

Students who have already obtained a STEM-related bachelor's degree may also earn their secondary teaching licensure through the UCCSTeach program within two years.
